A free-standing drape system that dresses any wall — without fixing a single thing to the building.
Our pipe & base systems let you assemble starcloths & drapes at ground height, then extend them as high as 17ft — eliminating the need for rigging points in your venue, & saving time & space, as cloths can be safely rigged to sit right against the walls.
The hire stock consists of 6ft–14ft & 7ft–17ft extendable uprights, each using a unique non-slip collar that allows starcloths & drapes to be extended to meet any ceiling height. Every upright comes with a heavy base plate, complete with a handle for ease of use & multiple fixing points. Extendable cross pieces are available in lengths of 2ft–3ft, 3ft–5ft, 4ft–7ft, 5ft–8ft, 6ft–10ft, 7ft–12ft & 8ft–14ft.
Because the whole system is free-standing, there is nothing to drill, screw or fix into the venue — perfect for hotels, listed buildings, marquees & hired halls. Pipe & base hire is available for collection from our premises, or delivered & installed by our expert staff to any location.
